Nikon D3100 is a good deal. But before you a buy any dslr camera you should know what you are buying and why you are buying. You also need to buy more lenses, and a tripod ( yes tripod is must if you are looking for pin sharp images) buying any dslr is easy but using it properly is what you should learn. Never jump in the crowd with best feature camera. soul of dslr photography is lens. so spend more money on lenses.
