Manfrotto 190xprob
– Newly redesigned, the 190XPROB makes the famous Manfrotto-patented horizontal centre column feature even easier to use. Now, by extending the column to its highest vertical position, it can be swung round to horizontal without removing the head or disassembling the column itself, so switching between framing and positioning setups is more convenient than ever. The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks themselves have also been greatly improved.

Anjan you have used it or not we don’t know what flaws are there in that tripod.
Why dont you send it to the seller you have bought from and he can judge it and tell us.
secondly even if you have not used it is second hand product and the price should be of a second hand product only.
Demanding full price you paid for the tripod will not get you any buyer.

Chandran ball heads are good if you shoot moving subjects they help you change camera positions quickly. If you are not in urgent need for a quick change you should go for pan tilt heads, camera movement is slow as compared to Ball heads. However I prefer Ball heads for all types of work.

I like the tripod which you have sent but it does not comes along with the user Manual. We buy a product and we explore it to use. User manual should be provided with the product. Thats what makes te difference between a Brand and a local product.
